Small 2-person boat rental in Chicago for the fourth of july next year?

I love being with my girlfriend in Lake Michigan, to see the fireworks of the fourth city. The problem is that Google’s Web sites outside of all persons 6 + and I found a rental company only makes sense for us both! Any idea where I found a small boat to rent?

    That could be dangerous in a small boat. The lake can be treacherous especially that night with cruise boats, sailboats, yachts, and speedboats flying around making waves.

    I could find none. I found a jet ski place in Montrose Harbor but they have to be returned by 7pm.
