At least you have both oars in the water – staying on an even keel should be considered a good thing. The banking industry didn’t even have both oars at all…

make sure you go through HUD and I think all will work out
You will only qualify if your mortgage is under water. Somehow I believe that you can find the key to the oar lock on that one. If not, I recommend leaving by something other than the poop deck.
