My row boat rental business is going under. Do I need a federal bailout?

Feds reject me because I have my two oars in the water? I’m even keel.

    You will only qualify if your mortgage is under water. Somehow I believe that you can find the key to the oar lock on that one. If not, I recommend leaving by something other than the poop deck.
