Anyone know of a good fishing lake where you can rent small boats in Michigan?

I live in Genesee County, Michigan. (Flint to be exact.) I’m looking for some good fishing spots nearby. Does anyone know of some good points in Genesee, Lapeer, Shiawassee region area or elsewhere? I am particularly looking for lakes that could take small boat rentals available? Anyone have any idea? I liked the names of the places I saw. THANK YOU
